Mark Warren

Vice President, Investor Relations, Vulcan Materials Company

Mark is responsible for all aspects of the investor relations program at Vulcan Materials Company (NYSE: VMC), the largest producer of construction aggregates in the U.S.  He joined Vulcan in 2001 and has held various corporate roles, including more than 18 years in Investor Relations.  Prior to joining Vulcan, Mark held positions in Operations Management, Business Development and Financial Reporting and Analysis.  Mark is a multi-year award winner in the All-American Executive Team Awards conducted by Institutional Investor magazine.  Mark has been an active member of NIRI since 2003 and has served in various leadership roles at both the chapter and national level, including the board and annual conference committee.  Mark is a NIRI Fellows recipient and an IRC certificate holder.  He holds an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
