Part 2 of the Executing Best-in-Class Communications Workshop Series
Crafting successful communications is a critical aspect of the IR role, one that can capture an audience, build investor confidence, and bolster trust when used strategically. Across investor events, conference call scripts, and Q&A documents – IR practitioners often act as scriptwriters and handlers for the C-suite. How does writing for oration differ? How can you capture – and hold – an audience’s attention? How can you best prepare management for the challenging questions they are sure to face from investors and analysts? In this interactive, small group learning environment, attendees will learn the critical elements of successful writing for oral communications and work with master communicators to apply those elements.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn how to draft compelling scripts
- Discover how you can develop effective Q&A materials and prepare your management for investor engagement
- Hear what your stakeholder audiences are listening for from your oral communications
- Apply these techniques and best practices to leave with customized script approaches
