Pat Tucker is an Executive Vice President at Abernathy MacGregor.  He primarily advises clients on strategic communications related to transactions, proxy issues, shareholder activism, litigation, political/regulatory challenge, crisis management and other significant corporate events.  Prior to joining Abernathy MacGregor, Pat was with RF|Binder Partners as a member of the agency’s media relations group.  He is a member of NIRI and The Society for Corporate Governance and is a graduate of Trinity College.
