Meredith Kaya is Senior Director, Investor Relations at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals. She joined Alnylam in 2007, after spending the previous four years in a growing investor relations and corporate communications capacity at Alseres Pharmaceuticals. Meredith holds an MBA from the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, and a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University.
