Chris Hodges is the Founder & CEO of the Alpha IR Group, and has been a strategic IR consultant for two decades. He has counseled clients across all industries, and through various points in the business cycle, including multiple recessions and valuation peaks. He has delivered more than 600 perception studies, written and/or edited more than 175 annual reports, managed more than 250 M&A engagements/consultations, directed over 200 analyst days, ran over 150 IPO engagements, and managed over 100 activist and/or proxy crisis engagements. Chris is a recognized industry expert on topics including IR Measurement, IPO and M&A Engagements, and Activist Preparedness, and is a featured regularly as a speaker at major industry events across the country. Chris also previously co-founded Ashton Partners in 1997, which was eventually sold to FD / FTI Consulting. After the sale, Chris went on to led FTI’s Industrials team.
