Moriah has more than 25 years of experience in investor relations, corporate access, corporate governance and compliance, and business development. At Financial Profiles, she provides clients with strategic counsel on corporate positioning and messaging, transactions (IPOs, SPACs, M&A), corporate governance, valuation, quarterly earnings communications, investor presentations and buy- and sell-side engagement strategies.

Prior to joining Financial Profiles, Moriah was a Senior Vice President at LHA, leading IR programs for technology and emerging growth clients. Previously, she was VP, Corporate Strategy and Relations at Meetyl, a San-Francisco based technology company that enabled direct engagement between investors and issuers. She also led IR and corporate communications at Tessera Technologies, now known as Xperi. She began her IR career at LHA, where she managed multiple investor relations programs for small- and micro-cap technology companies.

Moriah is the Chair of the upcoming NIRI Annual Conference, the largest IR educational event in North America. She currently serves on the NIRI San Francisco board, leading their advocacy efforts. She is a former NIRI national board member and served on the NIRI Silicon Valley board.

Moriah graduated with honors from Dartmouth College, with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. Her postgraduate work includes financial and accounting courses at UC Berkeley Extension.
