Grey Lee ESG Specialist , S&P Global Sustainable1 Grey Lee is a seasoned sustainability executive working in ESG coming from the commercial real estate sector. At Sustainable1, he manages relationships to bring ESG metrics into corporate strategy, harnessing the power of financially-adjacent information to accelerate progress, mitigate risks, and find new opportunities. He has worked as a high-performance building consultant and the Executive Director of USGBC Massachusetts (now Built Environment+). Lee teaches two courses at Harvard Extension on high performance and healthy buildings. He is a founding member of the Green Building Mountaineering Club and sits on the board of Speak for the Trees, Boston, an urban social equity advocacy organization. Lee lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts with his wife and son.
