ESG communication by IROs has been largely unstructured and inconsistent over the last year. In the same period, a host of new ESG scoring systems have emerged to benchmark a company's ESG risk/performance. We will look at trends in ESG communications by investor relations teams over the last 12 months, including how companies are disclosing carbon neutrality goals, D&I initiatives, and other major statistics. IROs will leave this session with a better understanding of what everyone is (and is not) saying around ESG so they can strategize how to best communicate their own ESG goals and achievements going forward.
