Victoria Hyde-Dunn

Head of Investor Relations, 8x8, Inc.

Victoria is an investor relations executive with over 20 years of corporate experience spanning investor relations and finance. Her experience includes developing and executing global investor strategies, management transitions, IPO, M&A and debt issuance. She has worked for both NYSE and Nasdaq listed companies in the financial services/payments and technology industries. Victoria has been the recipient of numerous awards from Institutional Investor Magazine and IR Magazine, including IR Magazine’s 2017 Best Investor Relations Officer for Large Cap (tied for 1st place).

Victoria is Head of Investor Relations at 8x8, Inc. (NYSE:EGHT), a global software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of cloud phone, contact center, collaboration and video conferencing solutions headquartered in San Jose, CA. Prior to joining 8x8, she served as Director of Investor Relations for Visa Inc. (NYSE:V) for 10 years. Victoria joined Visa in 2007 to establish the company's global IR function and investor positioning prior to the company’s successful IPO in March 2008. Prior to Visa, Victoria held Investor Relations roles at McAfee Inc. (acquired by Intel) and Providian Financial (acquired by Washington Mutual/ JP Morgan Chase).

Victoria is a board member for the NIRI San Francisco chapter since 2016 and served on the NIRI Silicon Valley board from 2007 to 2011. She has held the positions of Sponsorship, Advocacy, Membership and Programs throughout her board experience. She is also a volunteer for NIRI’s 2019 Annual Conference Committee developing the ‘Corporate Governance, Board Relations and Strategic Collaboration’ session track.

Victoria earned a Business Administration degree in Finance and MBA double-major emphasis in Marketing and eCommerce from the University of San Francisco.
