Sally J. Curley, IRC CEO, Curley Global IR, LLC Sally is CEO of Curley Global IR (CGIR), LLC, an IR, ESG and Corporate Governance strategic advisory firm based in Savannah, GA. Sally has 30 years of business experience, working with C-suite and Boards of Directors from various industries. A frequent Institutional Investor ranked IRO, Sally was President of the Boston Chapter, chaired the NIRI Body of Knowledge committee, and served on the NIRI National Board of Directors as well as the Senior Roundtable Steering Committee. In 2013, Sally was inducted into NIRI’s inaugural Class of Fellows and, in 2019, she received IR Magazine’s Lifetime Achievement award. She has presented numerous times to the SEC's Corporate Finance Division on shareholder transparency and proxy access reforms, and has authored Comment Letters to the SEC on behalf of the organizations with whom she worked. Sally currently serves on the Advisory Board of MOBILion Systems, Inc., a private healthcare company, and is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance Sustainability Practices Committee. She's served on the Board of Directors of several large non-profit organizations, including service on Nominating and Governance Committees and chairing Sustainability Committees. She is adjunct faculty at Georgetown University’s Executive Masters in Global Strategic Communications program, and has guest-lectured at a number of academic institutions on IR, ESG, corporate governance, disclosure issues and crisis communications.
