RobecoSAM conducts the annual Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) assessing the corporate sustainability of over 4500 companies annually. Participating corporates value the assessment as a tool to understand the relevance of ESG from an investor perspective and use the resulting internal analysis together with score and ranking feedback received to improve and communicate their ESG performance in their business context. Robert joined RobecoSAM 5 years ago, after working 15 years on sustainability in different responsibilities, including Vice President for climate change services at global technical verification firm SGS. At RobecoSAM Robert works with corporate leaders to help them understand how to use the CSA as a tool to embed ESG in the corporate strategy, make the business case and report the financial materiality to the investment community.
