Patrick Davidson Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Oshkosh Corporation Pat joined Oshkosh Corporation in 2006 to develop the Company's investor relations activities and was promoted to senior vice president in 2017. He is responsible for crafting and executing the Company's investor relations strategy and was a key contributor during Oshkosh’s success in fending off both a proxy contest and a failed tender offer by a well-known activist investor. He works cross-functionally with strong support throughout Oshkosh to educate and communicate with stakeholders regarding the company and its strategies. Prior to his work at Oshkosh, he spent 14 years at Harley-Davidson, Inc. in a variety of positions including factory supervisor, Asia-Pacific strategy, corporate purchasing and investor relations. He began his career in the semiconductor industry after graduating with honors in Chemical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also earned an MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He has been an active NIRI Sr Roundtable member and was elected to the NIRI Board of Directors for a four-year term beginning in November 2017. He is an avid cyclist who rides to support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and is a founding member of Oshkosh Corporation’s cycling team (OSK Chain Gang).
