Melissa McCarthy

Vice President of Product Management, EQ

Melissa McCarthy is Vice President of Product Management at EQ, overseeing escheatment and asset reunification products. Prior to her role at EQ, Melissa served as Executive Vice President of Customer Relationship Management and Operations at Keane, managing a group of relationship managers and the Client Operations division. Melissa held several positions while at Keane, including roles within Client Relationship Management and Research.

Melissa has served on the Board of Directors for Shareholder Services Association (SSA) since December 2016. She is co-chair of the SSA Annual Conference and a member of the SSA Technology Committee. She is also an active member of Securities Transfer Association (STA).

Melissa received her bachelor’s of science from Delaware Valley University. She is located outside of Philadelphia in the King of Prussia Area.
