Photograph of Karri Callahan Karri Callahan was named Chief Financial Officer of RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. in April 2016.  Karri leads all finance, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, legal, compliance and risk management functions at RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. and its affiliated companies.  In her role, she is responsible for working collaboratively with the executive management team on the execution of strategic initiatives.  Karri is also a member of the Craig Hospital Foundation Board of Directors.   Prior to joining RE/MAX Holdings in 2013, Karri worked for Ernst & Young, LLP for more than a decade, most recently as Senior Manager.
