This session will demystify the process and provide actionable insights on how to better control each step and successfully communicate your story with key stakeholders throughout the transaction. Experienced practitioners will explain how to position yourself for success including managing interactions with arbs, dealing with rumors and preparing for the inevitable unexpected complications.
