Victoria Sivrais Founding Partner, Clermont Partners Victoria Sivrais is a Partner of Clermont, based in Chicago. Ms. Sivrais is an accomplished financial communications practitioner with substantial experience in investor relations, media relations, and crisis and transaction communications. Prior to founding Clermont Partners, she was a Managing Director and deputy lead of the Capital Markets practice of the FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications segment. During her fifteen-year career in financial communications, she has provided guidance to clients around critical issues, including capital-raising activities; best-practices investor relations programs; crisis preparedness; issues management; management transitions; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); and strategic transformations. Ms. Sivrais works across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on companies in the diversified industrials; financial institutions; and technology spaces. Her client experience has included, Avnet; Global Brass and Copper Holdings; Gogo Inc.; The Manitowoc Company; Polaris Industries; Rockwell Automation; WEX Inc.; and Zebra Technologies, among others. She also is an active member of National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI); and has been a member of the NIRI-Chicago board of directors for the last several years, currently serving as president. She has held several positions in the past including executive vice president, vice president and co-chair, programs and vice president, treasurer.
