Nathan Rozof, CFA is the Head of Investor Relations of Worldpay, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the leading Worldpay’s investor outreach activities, including strategic and financial communication, investor targeting and marketing, and relationship management with Worldpay’s institutional equity and debt holders. In addition to his investor relations duties, Nate also leads financial transaction support for the company’s strategic capital allocation and mergers and acquisitions efforts.

Nate’s prior experience spans financial and analytical roles in global investment banking and consulting organizations. Prior to joining Worldpay, he served as a lead and associate equity research analyst at Morgan Stanley and Citi, respectively. He also served as consultant at Accenture.

Nate earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and was elected to Institutional Investor’s All-America Executive Team, Best IR Professionals in 2016 and 2017.
