Kathleen Till Stange, IRC

Vice President Corporate & Investor Relation, FBL Financial Group, Inc.

Kathleen Till Stange is the key person responsible for interaction between FBL Financial Group and the financial community, including research analysts, rating agencies and financial media. She manages all aspects of FBL’s NYSE listing and quarterly earnings results announcement. She also oversees the management of FBL’s Corporate Accounting Department, and serves as senior communications advisor to the CEO. Prior to joining FBL more than 20 years ago, she worked in public accounting and in investor relations for a property casualty insurer.
 
Kathleen, a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of Iowa Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs, and a Fellow, Life Management Institute. She is also a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and is an Investor Relations Charter (IRC) holder. Kathleen holds a B.A. degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
 
Kathleen is involved in the insurance industry and the community.
She is a mentor for the Global Insurance Accelerator and a member of the Financial Regulation and Global Convergence Committee of Property Casualty Insurers Association of America. She also serves on the boards of the West Des Moines Community Foundation, Dowling Catholic Foundation, and the West Des Moines Library Friends Foundation.
