Paula Cricca

Director of Investor Relations, Banco Santander

Paula is a Director of Investor Relations in Santander, based in New York. She oversees the institutional investor relations function for the Santander Group in North America. For the past eight years, Paula has defined and executed an investor relations strategy for North American investors with the goal of improving penetration and quality of service to Santander’s shareholder base. Her role involves working with team members in Spain and across Santander’s subsidiaries in the US, Latin America, and Europe. 

Prior to joining Santander, Paula held other capital markets positions including global banks sales specialist at HSBC and senior analyst for a global hedge fund based in New York, providing her with broad analytical, communications, and customer services skills. She also has management consulting experience at PRTM (PwC) and IBM, and prior to that she held several sales/system engineering roles in the informational technology industry. 

Paula holds a Master of Business Administration from McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, a Certificate of Business from University of California at Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science from Universidad de Belgrano, in Buenos Aires Argentina. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
