Mark Donohue, IRC

Vice President IR and Corporate Communications, Impax Laboratories

Mark J. Donohue, IRC joined Impax Laboratories in 2008 and serves as Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, and a member of the company’s Executive Committee. Before joining Impax, he was Director of Investor Relations for Dow Jones, responsible for leading the global investor relations program. Prior to joining Dow Jones in 2001, he was Vice President, Investor Relations, with Summit Bancorp. Before getting his start in the investor relations field, he worked in corporate finance at Covance and as an auditor with Ernst & Young. He serves on the NIRI’s IRC Certification Council and the Senior Roundtable Steering Committee. He is a past member of NIRI’s Board of Director’s, including board Chairman in 2015. Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.
