Anne Guimard, PhD, is the President of FINEO Investor Relations Advisors, a global Investor Relations advisory and training consultancy, offering companies the independent, high value-added advice they need to effectively compete for capital. Anne started her career as a financial analyst in equity research and Mergers & Acquisitions at leading investments banks, before developing the IR practice in Europe as Chief Investor Relations Officer at multi-listed groups. Anne served on the Board of Directors of NIRI between 2011 and 2016.
