A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual reservation.

Room Rates
Laguna View rooms are $309 plus tax. Reservations must be made by Monday, November 16, 2026, in order to qualify for the NIRI group rate.
Cancellation Policy
Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least three (3) working days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.
