Jenny is a veteran investor relations professional with 30+ years of experience in strategic investor relations, capital markets outreach and corporate communications, both in house and as external advisor. She has expertise in growth industries including healthcare, technology, distribution, consumer and financial services. Throughout her tenure in IR, she has assisted companies in raising >$2 billion in equity, debt & convertible financings.
She is a NIRI fellow and prolific NIRI volunteer, including service as a National Board Director, chair of the Senior Roundtable, co-chair of the Annual Conference, and founder of both the Charlotte & Research Triangle Park chapters.
Jenny obtained her B.S. from University of Virginia and M.B.A. from Kenan-Flagler Business School, UNC-Chapel Hill.
