Registration

Registration for the NIRI 2025 Annual Conference includes full and open access to general sessions, concurrent sessions, Sunday afternoon sessions, the IR Showcase and select networking events. As applicable, breakfast, lunch, evening receptions and breaks are also included. Registrants will also receive online access to conference materials and the NIRI Events App.

Conference attendees are responsible for all related expenses such as air travel, ground transportation and lodging. Full registration pricing information is available below.

Spouse/Companion Registration: $300

Your spouse/companion is welcome to attend evening functions if not in an IR-related profession. Registered guests can include any person not professionally in the field of investor relations or a related discipline. A NIRI member, IR practitioner, or service provider, or anyone professionally affiliated with these roles, may not be a guest pass recipient.

All guests of registrants must register separately in order to participate in evening events. The guest fee is $300 and allows access to evening receptions only and no special functions. Guest registrants may not attend any session, breakfast, lunch, or workshop.

Registration and Cancellation Policies

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to prodev@niri.org. Cancellation requests received up to one month before the event (on or before May 1, 2025) will be refunded in full, less a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received within 30 days of the event (on or after May 2, 2025), including no-shows. Cancellation requests must be submitted by the conference registrant. All refunds will be processed within one month of confirmation and in the same manner as original payment.

NIRI membership is in the name of the individual, not the employer organization; therefore, member rates for events and other benefits apply only to the individual member, not all members of an organization. Registrations are nontransferable between events. Credits will not be issued for cancelled registrations. Badge sharing, splitting, or duplicating is strictly prohibited. Badge reprints will not be allowed.

Substitution requests must be made in writing and will be accepted up to one week before the event. Please note that additional registration fees may apply to a substitute in a different registration category (e.g., member vs. nonmember).

Registrations will be reviewed to ensure compliance with qualifications related to the registration fee categories. Registrations may be cancelled with full refund should the registration not comply. In such cases, registrants will retain the opportunity to register at the correct fee level.

Respect Our Community 

The NIRI Annual Conference is focused on thought leadership and education. Unsolicited service and product promotion outside of the exhibit area and in the conference hotel are not appropriate. Only sponsoring companies may engage attendees at the conference hotel. Please do not accept invitations to events from vendors not sponsoring the conference. Please respect our community, and notify NIRI of violations.
