Hotel Reservation Policy
Please read this section carefully
In order to reserve a room under NIRI’s room block, you must be registered for the Annual Conference. If a hotel guest is not registered for the Annual Conference, NIRI reserves the right to cancel the guest room without notice.
NIRI is not responsible for rates or sleeping rooms which attendees reserve outside the NIRI room block or through other agencies and/or websites other than the official NIRI housing link. Questions regarding hotel accommodations can be directed to Katherine Quigg at katherine.quigg@conferencedirect.com.
Guest Room Rate
NIRI’s discounted room rate is $379 + tax (based on availability). This rate expires on May 17, 2025. After that date, or once the NIRI room block is sold to capacity, hotel reservations will be based on availability and current hotel rates. The hotel often sells out before the cut-off date and is recommended that you reserve early. Online reservations must be made individually. For group accommodation requests, please call Omni Reservations at 1-800-THE-OMNI and reference the NIRI 2025 Annual Conference.
Suite Policies
All suite requests must be approved by NIRI in advance. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire. You must be registered for the conference prior to reserving a suite. Suite confirmations will be emailed directly from the hotel. All changes in arrival or departure dates should be made with the hotel.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to process all reservations for hotel sleeping rooms and suites. Your card will be charged for one night’s room and tax at the time of booking. Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to your arrival without incurring a one-night room and tax penalty. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to three (3) days prior to arrival at no charge.
Beware of Solicitations from Hotel Booking Companies
Third-party companies may contact attendees claiming to have a relationship with NIRI and/or the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport offering hotel reservation services for the 2025 Annual Conference. Please ignore any solicitations you receive from such companies. These companies are not affiliated with NIRI and should not be used to make hotel reservations. Additionally, neither NIRI nor the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport will ever reach out to attendees to solicit hotel reservations. Please secure your hotel reservations only by using the link provided in your registration confirmation email or during the registration process.
