Mary Winn Pilkington is Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Public Relations at Tractor Supply (NASDAQ: TSCO).   She has more than 25 years of experience in investor relations.  She has a proven track record of driving growth and value, thoughtfully balancing opportunity and risk while navigating a constantly evolving strategic landscape.   Pilkington's deep experience in capital markets have earned her an outstanding reputation on Wall Street for optimizing valuation and building successful investor relations.  

Prior to joining Tractor Supply, Pilkington spent nearly nine years with Dollar General, most recently as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Public Relations. Additionally, Pilkington served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Public Relations at The Pepsi Bottling Group, where she spent nearly 10 years. Under Pilkington's leadership, the Investor Relations programs at all three companies have received national recognition and accolades during her tenure.    She also spent 10 years at International Paper in various finance positions of increasing responsibility. Pilkington began her career with Ernst & Young.  

Pilkington holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Mississippi State University. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute.    Pilkington currently serves as the President of the Tractor Supply Foundation.
