Mr. Duskin has served as Chief Executive Officer of Macellum Capital Management, LLC, which operates a New York based pooled investment fund since July 2009, and as the sole member of Macellum Advisors GP, LLC, the general partner of certain affiliated funds, since September 2011 .

Mr. Duskin has over 20 years of experience investing in the consumer and retail sector.  Mr. Duskin has previously served as a Managing Director and Partner at Prentice Capital Management, LP, an investment management firm, as a Managing Director at S.A.C. Capital Associates LLC, a New York-based hedge fund, and as a Managing Director, the Head of Product Management and Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee within the Research Department at Lehman Brothers Inc.

Mr. Duskin currently serves on the board of directors of Citi Trends, Inc., a retail clothing chain selling discounted products targeted primarily at urban customers. Mr. Duskin previously served on the boards of directors of Christopher & Banks Corporation,Furniture.com, The Wet Seal, Inc. and Whitehall Jewelers, Inc.
