Brandon H. Johnson Counsel, Perkins Coie, LLP Brandon H. Johnson is a Counsel in the Technology Transactions & Privacy group of the law firm of Perkins Coie LLP. Brandon is a leading expert in digital accessibility law, having advised clients in a wide range of industries on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA), and other accessibility laws and regulations, including in the context of new and emerging technologies such as augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) and the Internet of Things (IOT). In addition, he has significant experience negotiating services, licensing, and other types of complex commercial agreements on behalf of Fortune 100 companies, mid-sized businesses, and start-ups. Brandon also supports clients in rulemaking proceedings and enforcement actions before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and other federal agencies, and he has advised clients on FCC regulatory requirements, particularly those impacting device manufacturers. Brandon received his B.A. from Yale College and his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a member of the American Bar Association. Brandon lives with his wife and son in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
