Richard Yerganian

Vice President of Investor Relations, Cohu Incorporated

Rich Yerganian is currently the Vice President of Investor Relations for Cohu Incorporated, a global leader in back-end semiconductor equipment and services. He was previously the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Xcerra Corporation. He has extensive operational experience in the semiconductor test industry with roles during his career in engineering, product marketing, corporate marketing and sales management. Yerganian is a past president of the Boston chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute, a member of NIRI’s Senior Roundtable, has been a member of two annual conference planning committees and a member of the team developing and implementing the IRC exam program. Yerganian holds a BSEE from Northeastern University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Bentley University.
