2024 Senior Roundtable Annual Meeting-OLD

The NIRI Senior Roundtable Annual Meeting provides a forum to address the leading trends and issues impacting the investor relations profession in a combination of formats featuring expert speakers and member-led discussions, designed with ample time for Roundtable members to participate. Senior Roundtable membership is required to attend this meeting. There is no additional fee for SRT members to attend, but advance registration is required.

The program will begin with an opening reception on Wednesday, December 4 at 5:30pm PST and will conclude by 2pm PST with a networking lunch on Friday, December 6. The agenda is currently under development, so we encourage you to check back soon for the latest updates.

Spouse/Companion Registration


If you would like to bring your spouse or companion to enjoy San Diego with you, you can register them as your guest for $300, provided they are not in an IR-related profession. Guests are welcome to attend breakfasts, evening functions, and lunch on Friday.

Room Rates


Run of Resort Rooms are $239 plus tax and a discounted $25 resort fee. Reservations must be made by November 21, 2024,  in order to qualify for the NIRI group rate.

Resort fee* includes: Wireless internet access; fitness center access (including lockers); in-room coffee; local newspapers; activities including pool & tennis court access; beach services, chairs, towels & umbrellas; local calls, toll-free calls & 800 long distance calls; board games; resort games around property including volleyball, basketball, giant chess, giant checkers & more; seasonal weekly s’mores nights. *Components are subject to change without notice


Cancellation Policy


The hotel will accept cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Early departures are subject to a one-time fee of $75.00.
