NIRI Elects Four New Board Members

Board of Directors Elects John Moten as Board Chair-Elect; Katie Royce Begins Term as Board Chair
 

ALEXANDRIA, VA, December 13, 2022 – At its November 30 Annual Meeting, members of NIRI: The Association for Investor Relations elected four members to serve on the NIRI Board of Directors.

Four regular members (corporate IR practitioners and counselors) were elected to serve four-year terms (2023-26) on the NIRI Board of Directors. They include:  

  • Remy Bernarda, IRC, Partner, IR Advisory Solutions
  • Lisa Caperelli, Vice President, Investor Relations, Arbutus Biopharma Corporation
  • Shelly Hubbard, IRC, Vice President, Investor Relations, Vista Outdoor, Inc.
  • Timothy Sedabres, IRC, EVP – Head of Investor Relations, Huntington National Bank

The NIRI Board elected John Moten, IRC, Senior Vice President, Investor Relations for Aventiv Technologies as Chair-Elect for the coming year.

Katie Royce also transitioned to NIRI Board Chair. Katie is the Chief Financial Officer for ZenBusiness and served as Chair-Elect in 2022.
