Board of Directors Elects Alexandra Deignan as Board Chair-Elect; John Moten Begins Term as Board Chair
ALEXANDRIA, VA, December 1, 2023 – At its November 29 Annual Meeting, members of NIRI: The Association for Investor Relations elected four members to serve on the NIRI Board of Directors.
Four regular members (corporate IR practitioners and counselors) were elected to serve four-year terms (2024-27) on the NIRI Board of Directors. They include:
- Kimberly Esterkin, Vice President, Investor Relations, ASGN Incorporated
- Lisa Hartman, Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, EnerSys
- Heather Anne Kos, CPA, CMA, IRC, Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Builders FirstSource, Inc.
- Michael Steele, CFA, IRC, VP, Finance – Investor Relations & ESG, Zebra Technologies
The NIRI Board elected Alexandra Deignan, Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Sustainability for Lazard Ltd, as Chair-Elect for the coming year.
John Moten, IRC, also transitioned to NIRI Board Chair. John is the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations for Aventiv Technologies and served as Chair-Elect in 2023.
