NIRI Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan was developed by the Board of Directors to provide future direction for the association. The current plan is based on data collected from the 2022 NIRI Member Needs Assessment, qualitative member interviews and facilitated discussions among the NIRI Board and NIRI Staff. The plan components include the mission, vision, goals, strategies, outcomes and metrics for the association.
NIRI Bylaws
The NIRI Bylaws specify how the association will conduct its business and also serve as a contract between the association and its membership. The Bylaws describe association meetings, elections of the NIRI Board of Directors, officers, filling vacancies, and duties of officers, committees, in addition to how the association will routinely conduct itself. The Bylaws have been formally adopted by the Board of Directors and may be amended by a majority vote of the same.
