Don De Laria is a seasoned investor relations professional with both corporate and agency investor relations experience built from a variety of sell-side roles and responsibilities, including institutional equity sales, equity syndicate and corporate finance. For the past three years he has served as vice president, investor relations for Regal Entertainment Group, the largest theatre circuit in the World, where he established and managed Regal's investor relations program following its emergence from bankruptcy and initial public offering in May 2002. Prior to joining Regal, De Laria founded Deephaven Financial Group, a strategic investor relations consulting firm, and launched integrated investor relations programs for clients in a variety of industries. He built a foundation for investor relations in various roles in equity capital markets, including time as a corporate finance analyst, director of Equity Syndicate and vice president institutional sales.
De Laria graduated from Babson College with double major in Entrepreneurial Studies/Marketing and Economics. De Laria is a private pilot and his other hobbies include home remodeling, golf, downhill skiing,boating, in-line skating, spending time with family and being an active church volunteer.
