Jay S. Gould, an investor relations professional for over 30 years, is senior vice president/director of investor relations for Huntington Bancshares Inc., in Columbus, Ohio, joining them in October 2001. He is responsible for all aspects of communication and establishing and maintaining relationships with shareholders, investors, and analysts regarding the financial performance and strategies of Huntington.

Prior to his current position, Jay joined JP Morgan Chase (formerly Chicago-based Bank One Corporation) in 1996, as senior vice president/director of investor relations. Beginning in 1992, he was senior vice president/director of investor relations for Cleveland-based KeyCorp (previously Society Corporation).

Beginning in 1977, Jay held various financial and corporate planning positions at Los Angeles-based Security Pacific Corporation and was senior vice president/director of investor relations from 1981 to 1992. Prior to that he held various positions within the thrift industry where his career began in 1965.

Jay is a graduate of the California State University-Northridge where he received both M.S.-Finance (1972) and B.S.-Business Administration/Finance (1969) degrees. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), the 4,500 member professional society of investor relations professionals, as well as board member of the NIRI Columbus, Ohio chapter. He previously served as co-chair of the NIRI Banking Industry Roundtable, as a member of the NIRI National Board (1999-2003) and its External Affairs and Finance committees, and of the NIRI Ethics Council (2004-2007).

He also served as Vice President and member of the Investor Relations Association (New York City), and director and president of the former Bank Investor Relations Association (New York City). In 2011, he was ranked as the #2 mid-cap bank investor relations professional on Institutional Investor magazine’s All Star Executive Team as voted by the buy-side. In 2010, he was ranked as the #2 mid-cap bank investor relations professional and also as having the #2 ranked mid-cap bank investor relations team by Institutional Investor magazine’s All Star Executive Team as voted by the sell-side.

Jay and his wife Jeannette reside in Westerville, Ohio and have two children who live in California. His hobbies include golf, music, and Civil War history.

Aaron Hoffman joined Corn Products International in 2010 as Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. He is responsible for all of the company’s external communication efforts. Prior to joining Corn Products, he spent 11 years at Sara Lee holding positions of increasing responsibility and most recently was Vice President, Investor Relations. Aaron has also held investor relations and corporate communications positions for GATX Corporation, Tenneco and CFC International.

Aaron holds an MS degree from Northwestern University in marketing communications and a BA degree in history from Indiana University.

Nicole McIntosh is Vice President of investor relations at Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc., one of the oldest asset management companies in the United States. A seasoned professional, Ms. McIntosh is responsible for all aspects of the company's investor relations program. With nearly 20 years of business and financial experience, Ms. McIntosh joined the investor relations department in 1999 where she established the company's first formal investor relations program. Ms. McIntosh began her career at Waddell & Reed in 1998 as a business analyst in the Corporate Reporting and Analysis department and her knowledge of the company's financial reporting and corporate structure has proven invaluable to both internal and external audiences.

Prior to joining Waddell & Reed, she served as staff accountant for six years at a major oil company in Eastern Canada. Ms. McIntosh is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and currently serves as Audit Committee Chairperson. In 2000, she co-founded the NIRI/Kansas City Chapter and served as its President from 2006 – 2008. In 2007, she was awarded the University of Michigan Theory and Practice of Investor Relations Scholarship. In 2009, she served as co-chairman for the NIRI Annual Conference. Ms. McIntosh holds a Business and Accounting degree from Canada, a B.A. in Management with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of Ottawa, and an M.B.A. from Webster University. She is a native of Québec, Canada and is fluent in French.
