David Olson was most recently senior vice president, Corporate Communications and an executive officer of Health Net, Inc., one of the nation’s largest publicly traded managed health care companies. Mr. Olson has broad experience ranging from investors relations to crisis and financial communications with an especially deep expertise in the health care sector.

At Health Net, Mr. Olson was responsible for the company's investor relations function and internal and external communications, and also oversaw government relations and charitable contributions. He was previously vice president, Investor and Public Relations, for Health Systems International, Inc. (HSI), one of Health Net’s predecessor companies. Prior to joining HSI in 1994, he was vice president, Corporate Communications for National Medical Enterprises, Inc. (NME), having joined NME in 1989 as director of Shareholder Communications.

Previously he was a vice president with a leading investor relations firm, and served more than five years with FCS Laboratories, Inc., as director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations.

He began his career in New York with Carl Byoir and Associates, the J. Walter Thompson Company and Burson Marsteller.

Mr. Olson is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Senior Roundtable and has served on the NIRI Board of Directors. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Rolling Hills Preparatory School and the Board of the Children’s Burn Foundation. Mr. Olson holds a B.A. in English from Washington and Lee University.

Mark Donohue is Senior Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Impax Laboratories, a specialty pharmaceuticals company that develops both brand and generic products. Mr. Donohue joined Impax in April of 2008 and has led the effort to restore investor confidence and positively promote the company following security delisting and financial reporting issues.

Prior to joining the Company, he had been director of investor relations for Dow Jones & Co., a global publisher of business and financial news and information. He was responsible for developing and executing a global investor relations program.

Prior to joining Dow Jones in early 2001, he was vice president, investor relations, with Summit Bancorp, the 25th largest U.S. regional bank before its merger with FleetBoston. Before getting his start in the investor relations field in early 1999, he worked in corporate finance at Covance, Inc., after beginning his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young.

Mr. Donohue earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania. He also served four years active duty in the United States Air Force as an air traffic controller. He currently serves on the NIRI IR Update Magazine Editorial Advisory Board and on the NIRI Philadelphia Chapter Advisory Board. He previously served on the board of the Philadelphia Chapter from 2006 to 2010, and was the Chapter’s President from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Donohue was also NIRI’s 2010 University of Michigan Theory and Practice of IR Program Scholarship recipient.

Jonathan Peisner is a senior financial executive with extensive experience in investor relations, treasury management, corporate finance and strategic and financial planning.

Throughout his career, Peisner has been involved in over $5 billion of capital raises, $1.5 billion in M&A transactions and has helped the companies he’s worked for increase cash flow, liquidity and profitability by over $25 million. His senior level financial experience includes work in the Retail, Automotive and Services industries.

Currently, Peisner serves as Vice President and Treasurer of Carmel, Indiana based KAR Auction Services, Inc. (NYSE: KAR) which was formed in April 2007 via the merger of ADESA, Inc. and Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc. As Treasurer, he is responsible for the company’s investor relations, treasury and risk management functions. Prior to joining ADESA, Peisner served as a consultant to the company following its June 2004 IPO. At ADESA / KAR, he played leadership roles in establishing the company’s Wall Street’s presence following its 2004 IPO, assisting with the company’s merger and LBO in April 2007 and reestablishing KAR’s Wall Street presence following its December 2009 IPO.

Prior to running his own consulting practice, Peisner worked for Fortune 1000 automotive supplier Collins & Aikman in a number of senior level finance positions, including Senior Vice President & Treasurer and Senior Vice President Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Business Planning. From 1995 – 1999, Peisner served as Director of Investor Relations, then Director of Investor Relations & Business Planning for Lear Corporation, a global Fortune 150 company. From 1992 – 1995, he served as Assistant Treasurer and head of investor relations at Arbor Drugs, Inc., an INC. 1000 company that was acquired by CVS in 1998.

Peisner is a CPA who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Wayne State University. Peisner has taught accounting and finance courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, serves on the board of the Indianapolis chapter of FEI and is a member of NIRI’s Senior Investor Relations Roundtable.
