Mark Donohue is Senior Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Impax Laboratories, a specialty pharmaceuticals company that develops both brand and generic products. Mr. Donohue joined Impax in April of 2008 and has led the effort to restore investor confidence and positively promote the company following security delisting and financial reporting issues.

Prior to joining the Company, he had been director of investor relations for Dow Jones & Co., a global publisher of business and financial news and information. He was responsible for developing and executing a global investor relations program.

Prior to joining Dow Jones in early 2001, he was vice president, investor relations, with Summit Bancorp, the 25th largest U.S. regional bank before its merger with FleetBoston. Before getting his start in the investor relations field in early 1999, he worked in corporate finance at Covance, Inc., after beginning his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young.

Mr. Donohue earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania. He also served four years active duty in the United States Air Force as an air traffic controller. He currently serves on the NIRI IR Update Magazine Editorial Advisory Board and on the NIRI Philadelphia Chapter Advisory Board. He previously served on the board of the Philadelphia Chapter from 2006 to 2010, and was the Chapter’s President from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Donohue was also NIRI’s 2010 University of Michigan Theory and Practice of IR Program Scholarship recipient.

Aaron Hoffman joined Corn Products International in 2010 as Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. He is responsible for all of the company’s external communication efforts. Prior to joining Corn Products, he spent 11 years at Sara Lee holding positions of increasing responsibility and most recently was Vice President, Investor Relations. Aaron has also held investor relations and corporate communications positions for GATX Corporation, Tenneco and CFC International.

Aaron holds an MS degree from Northwestern University in marketing communications and a BA degree in history from Indiana University.

Gregg Lampf’s 15+ year career in Investor Relations has been focused on the high technology industry. During his career, Gregg’s responsibilities have also included media and public relations, corporate communications, industry analyst relations, and competitive and market intelligence. His current investor relations program was nominated to Institutional Magazine as the most improved and Gregg was previously nominated to Barron’s as a top investor relations professional. He currently serves as Vice President of Investor Relations for Ciena Corporation, a telecommunications equipment vendor specializing in optical networking.

Gregg is pleased to be using the entirety of his degree from the University of Maryland, having majored in Speech Communications and minored in Economics.
