Formerly executive editor of IR magazine, Neil is now the global publication’s roving editor and spokesman based in New York City. As the editorial director for Cross Border, Neil also oversaw the research behind the IR Magazine Awards in the US and Canada and launched Corporate Secretary magazine. Neil has chaired IR magazine conferences and spoken at other events around the world during his more than 16 years as a financial journalist. Originally from Montreal, he has been featured on CNBC Europe, CNBC Asia, CNBC Australia, ROB-TV and TheStreet.com TV.

Mary Ann Arico joined HealthSouth in August 2008 and is the chief investor relations officer. Prior to joining HealthSouth, she served as director of investor relations at Mirant Corp. (NYSE: MIR), an Atlanta-based energy company. A graduate of Pepperdine University with a bachelor's degree in business management, Arico previously served as director of investor relations at Duke Energy from 2002 to 2006 and Eastman Chemical Co. from 1998 until 2002. Prior to her investor relations position at Eastman Chemical, she held a variety of operations and staff positions beginning in 1983.

Coleman N. Lannum is vice president of Investor Relations at Covidien plc, a leading global healthcare products company. The business, formerly known as Tyco Healthcare, separated from parent company, Tyco International, on June 29, 2007. Lannum has headed investor relations since September 2006.

In 2005, he served as senior health care investment analyst for American Express Asset Management. Earlier, he was senior portfolio manager, senior analyst and senior vice president at Putnam Investments. In addition, he was the healthcare specialist for Putnam's Large Cap Value group.

Before joining Putnam in 1997, Lannum led the investor relations effort at Mallinckrodt, Inc.

Prior to Mallinckrodt, Lannum was senior investment officer and healthcare analyst with Boatmen's Trust Company and also was an equity analyst at Edward Jones and Company.

A Chartered Financial Analyst, Lannum holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Washington University's Olin School of Business in St. Louis, Mo., and a master's degree in Business Administration from A&M University in College Station, Texas.
