Chris Taylor is Executive Vice President, Managing Director at Ipreo, where he oversees the corporate global investor relations services and products offered to listed companies around the world from its offices in New York, London, Paris, Vienna and Tokyo. Chris came to Ipreo through the acquisition of CapitalBridge in February 2008, where he served as Managing Director, responsible for the global operations of the firm. During his 10 year tenure there, Chris was a key orchestrator of the firm's growth and transformation into one of the preeminent brands in market intelligence. Prior to joining CapitalBridge, Chris was a Senior Analyst at Morrow & Co.'s Stockwatch Department. Chris holds a B.S. in Management and Organization from the University of Connecticut.

Jeffrey K. Smith, CFA is staff director of Investor Relations for FedEx Corporation. He has primary responsibility for institutional investors in the eastern United States, Europe and the Middle East. In addition, Jeff oversees the company’s financial media outreach, the production of the company’s annual report and the company’s individual investor programs. Jeff joined the FedEx investor relations team in July 1998.

Prior to joining FedEx, Jeff administered First Tennessee Bank’s mutual fund family. He has more than 20 years experience working with the financial community.

A native of Memphis, Jeff earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Memphis. In addition, Jeff has been a CFA charterholder since 2001.

Jeff serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the National Investor Relations Institute and is a former president of the CFA Society of Memphis.

Brian K. Turcotte is Vice President, Investor Relations for Office Depot. His primary responsibility is to manage the company's global investor relations function. He joined the Office Depot investor relations team in August 2007.

Prior to joining Office Depot, Brian was an equity analyst covering North American, European and Latin American forest products companies at Xylem Global Partners in New York. Prior to joining Xylem, he spent over 20 years with International Paper in a number of management positions including finance, sales, marketing and manufacturing.

Brian earned a joint bachelor's degree in engineering from the State University of New York at Syracuse and Syracuse University, and a master's degree in business administration from New York University's Stern School of Business. He has been a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) since 1995 and is a former Connecticut/Westchester NIRI chapter board member.
