Jeff Morgan is President and CEO of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). Jeff has held this position since January 2008 and is responsible for defining and executing a plan to maximize member value in the areas of advocacy, education, information and peer-to-peer networking. Jeff is charged with achieving NIRI’s strategic vision which includes becoming the primary industry knowledge and education provider, maximizing NIRI’s many nationwide chapters, serving as the advocate for the IR profession, and ensuring NIRI members conform to the highest ethical standards.

Prior to joining NIRI, Morgan was Chief Operating Officer of the Futures Industry Association (FIA) for nine years, where he also served as the Executive Vice President of the Institute for Financial Markets, an affiliate of the FIA. Prior to joining FIA, Jeff served as a Senior Vice President for the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents.

A Pennsylvania native, Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Information Technology from Susquehanna University and a Masters Degree program in Nonprofit Management from Eastern University. Morgan is a CAE (Certified Association Executive) and a member and Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives. Morgan also serves on the NYSE Individual Investor Advisory Committee.

Friederike Edelmann joined SAP's investor relations team in 2002. She is responsible for SAP's individual investor program in the U.S., for SAP's communication with socially responsible investors (SRI), SAP's annual report, and SAP's investor relations Web site.

Before joining SAP, Ms. Edelmann was with Mannheimer Versicherung as a specialist for public and investor relations. Prior to that, she was with technology start-up InterComponentWare as head of investor relations. From 1997 to 2000, Ms. Edelmann was with SAP's consulting partner Realtech holding several positions in marketing, public relations and investor relations. Prior to Realtech, Ms. Edelmann worked as a sales representative at Unisys.

Ms. Edelmann received a Bachelor of Business Administration – Dual Degree from Accadis Business School in Germany and Florida Atlantic University (FAU) as well as a Master's Degree from GSBA Zurich, Switzerland.

Currently, Ms. Edelmann is serving on the Board of Directors of NIRI New York as Vice President Membership.

Demetrios N. Skalkotos is Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Services for The NASDAQ OMX Group (NASDAQ: NDAQ), the world’s largest exchange company.

Mr. Skalkotos is responsible for new product development, operations, customer relations and business development for the Global Corporate Services business practice within the exchange’s Corporate Client Group.

Global Corporate Services (GCS) is one of the fastest growing areas of NASDAQ OMX’s business, with revenues from investor relations, surveillance, and board member services increasing by 25 percent from second quarter 2008 to second quarter 2009. Through GCS, companies gain access to products and services that facilitate transparency, mitigate risk, maximize board efficiency and inspire better investor relations.

Previously, Mr. Skalkotos was a Regional Vice President for the Central U.S. region, based in NASDAQ OMX’s Chicago office. He has played a significant role in listed company client relationship management and new business development in the region, including 20 states in the central region and Canada. Mr. Skalkotos also was instrumental in the launch of the exchange’s new listing market with the highest listing standards in the world NASDAQ Global Select Market in 2006.

Prior to joining NASDAQ in 2003, Mr. Skalkotos was Senior Vice President of corporate Development for Bear Wagner Specialists. Before joining Bear Wagner Specialists, Mr. Skalkotos served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for eVault, a software technology company. Prior to eVault, he served as Managing Director of Global Sales for The NASDAQ Stock Market, where he oversaw a sales team focused on the Central and South Central Regions. He also held several sales positions at AT&T in Indianapolis and Chicago.

Mr. Skalkotos contributes a significant portion of his time to charitable and philanthropic activities. He served on the Board of Directors of the National Kidney Foundation of Northern California. Mr. Skalkotos graduated from Ball State University in 1986 with a B.S. in Marketing and Management Information Systems, and earned an M.S. in 1987 from Ball State’s Center of Information and Communication Sciences.

Douglas Wilburne, CFA was appointed vice president, investor relations in April 2000. His responsibilities include communicating Textron's strategy and financial performance to investment and business communities worldwide, including Wall Street analysts, institutional investors and business/financial media. In addition, he serves on Textron's enterprise-wide Finance Council.

From 1997 to 1999, Wilburne headed investor relations for AMP Incorporated, where he led the company's global investor relations program and guided the company through its merger with Tyco International. Prior to joining AMP, he spent 20 years at Bell Atlantic Corporation, where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, operations, regulatory and finance. He served as Bell Atlantic's director of investor relations beginning in 1996.

Wilburne earned a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University, an M.B.A. in Finance from Drexel University and completed Textron's Global Leadership Forum at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Providence Society of Financial Analysts and the National Investor Relations Institute. He is also the 2011 Chairman of NIRI.
