Deborah Pawlowski is Chairman & CEO of Kei Advisors, and has more than 25 years experience in investor relations, marketing, strategic planning and management. Investor relations programs she has managed have been awarded the prestigious Associate for Investment Management and Research Award for Excellence in Corporate Reporting and Investor Relations. She has had experience with numerous debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as a wide variety of crisis events. Her experience comes from both the corporate perspective, while leading the investor relations program at National Fuel Gas Company (NFG), a diversified energy company, and American Precision Industries Inc., a diversified manufacturing company, and as a consultant for 11 years as founder of Kei Advisors LLC. Ms. Pawlowski’s breadth of experience and dynamic energy combine to provide counsel to executive management and Boards of Directors in investor relations initiatives and capital markets positioning. She also develops plans for crisis situations while guiding management through challenging issues. Ms. Pawlowski is a graduate of the United States Military Academy where she received her B.S. in General Engineering. She received her M.B.A. from the University of New York at Buffalo. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and Past President of the NIRI’s Virtual Chapter, and Vice President - Secretary and Treasurer of the West Point Society of Western New York. She serves on the board of Aspire, a nonprofit organization that serves the needs of adults and children with a variety of developmental disabilities. Ms. Pawlowski also leads the Founding Committee of the Western New York Investors Conference. She founded Kei Advisors LLC with Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP in July 2000 and acquired sole ownership in January 2008. Board Term 2012 - 2016
