Sally J. Curley is senior vice president, investor relations for Cardinal Health, Inc., an $87 billion, Fortune #19 ranked global health care company. Sally is responsible for overseeing the company’s global investor relations (IR) efforts. In addition, she is a member of the Cardinal Health’s Global Leadership Team, Finance Council and Political Action Committee Board of Directors. Sally also sits on the Steering Committee for the Company’s Women’s Initiative (Women in Business). With more than 23 years of business experience, Sally joined Cardinal Health from Genzyme Corporation where for nine years she led IR and advised the Board’s Nominating and Governance Committee on corporate governance issues. Although she has worked for and represented companies in the high tech, software and retail industries, the vast majority of her corporate and consulting experience has been in healthcare. She serves on the National Investor Relations Institute’s (NIRI) Board of Directors and has presented to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on shareholder transparency and proxy access reforms. Sally received her bachelor's degree from Colby College in Waterville, Maine and her master's degree in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. She has guest lectured and/or taught classes on disclosure and governance, investor relations, communications and public company earnings reporting at The Ohio State University, Harvard University, Boston University, Suffolk University, Babson College and Emerson College Graduate School of Communications.
