Background
The NIRI Senior Roundtable was formed in November 1994 to respond to the needs and interest of NIRI's growing number of senior members. The Roundtable membership cap is set to 250 members in order to maintain a more informal, small group atmosphere requested by this group of leading IROs.

Apply for Membership
The NIRI Senior Roundtable welcomes your interest. Senior Roundtable members belong to NIRI and are typically the senior-most investor relations professional in their companies with at least 10 years experience (1). Exceptions to these requirements may be made pending Senior Roundtable Steering Committee review. We invite you to apply for membership. Please contact Kraig Conrad with questions.

  To apply:

  (1) Membership requirements in the NIRI Senior Roundtable bylaws note:
  • Membership shall be limited to current and past members of the National Investor Relations Institute with a minimum of ten years of experience in investor relations, or directly related functions.
  • All applications are reviewed by the Senior Roundtable Steering Committee.

Applicants will be individually notified in writing of the decision of the Steering Committee. The fee for Roundtable membership is $975, which is used to cover the costs related to the high level programming and services for the distinguished and limited number of Roundtable members. The fee is processed only after the application is accepted. Beginning in subsequent years, the NIRI Senior Roundtable fee is included in NIRI national membership invoices.
